1. Information We Collect

• 1.2. HR & Employee Data: Attendance, payroll, leave records and other information entered by the customer.
• 1.3. Google Account Information (if you sign in using Google).
• 1.4. Google Calendar Data (if permission granted), including event title, description, start/end time, and attendees.

2. Google API Services Data Usage

OrkManza uses Google OAuth and the Google Calendar API to access user-authorized Google data.

• 2.1. We access basic profile information (name and email address).
• 2.2. We access Google Calendar events to enable meeting scheduling and HR-related calendar features.

2.3. This data is used solely to provide scheduling, synchronization, and calendar functionality inside the platform.

2.4. We do NOT sell Google user data. We do NOT use Google user data for advertising. We do NOT use Google user data for AI model training.

2.5. OrkManza’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Information

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user data.

6. Data Retention

6.1. We retain user data for as long as the account remains active.

6.2. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

7. User Data Deletion

• 7.1. Users may delete their account inside the platform.
• 7.2. Users may request deletion by emailing support@orkmanza.com.
• 7.3. Upon verified request, data will be deleted within 30 days.
• 7.4. Users may revoke Google access anytime from their Google Account permissions page.

8.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
