2.1. Orkmanza provides cloud-based Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) features, including but not limited to: attendance, leave, payroll, performance management, meeting scheduling, and internal communication.
2.2. Orkmanza may modify, upgrade, or discontinue Services with prior notice, where feasible.
3.1. Access to Orkmanza requires a valid subscription plan as outlined on our website or agreed contractually.
3.2. Fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis in advance unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, VAT, or duties, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
3.4. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

6.1. All rights, titles, and interests in the Orkmanza platform, software, trademarks, and content remain the exclusive property of Orkmanza.
6.2. Orkmanza grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services during your subscription period.
7.1. Orkmanza may integrate with third-party services (such as payment gateways, communication APIs).
7.2. Orkmanza is not responsible for the performance, failures, or data handling practices of third-party services.
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orkmanza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.
8.2. Orkmanza’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
